Product Description

  • Our lockout devices are designed to lock ball valves in the closed position.
  • The lockout device easily slides onto the valve’s lever, providing a secure fit and allowing for efficient lockout procedures.
  • Lockout devices have provisions for attaching up to six padlocks (padlocks not included). This feature allows multiple authorized personnel to lockout the valve.
  • Can withstand harsh industrial environments.

 

This product is available in two sizes:

  • ES-TR-BVL-S: Small Size – for ball valves with diameter from 0.5 inches to 1.25 inches, Max Handle Length 8 inches, Pipe Diameter from 12.5 to 31mm.
  • ES-TR-BVL-L: Large Size – for ball valves with diameter from 2 inches to 8 inches, Max Handle Length 10 inches, Pipe Diameter from 50 to 200mm.
