Product Description

  • Designed to lock quarter-turn ball valves in the “OFF” position, ensuring that the valve lever cannot be turned and the valve remains securely closed. This prevents accidental activation and enhances safety during maintenance and repair work.
  • The lockout is made from super tough PVC, providing excellent durability and resistance to harsh industrial environments.
  • Available in 4 colours, including Red, Yellow, Blue, and Green (*Minimum Order Quantity – 200 units).
  • Once the device is placed over the valve handle, complete the installation by tightening the device using a screwdriver.
  • The devices feature eight holes that enable multiple authorized personnel to secure the lockout with their individual padlocks. The maximum shackle diameter is 9mm, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of padlocks.
