• Safety Lockout Box with 5 Keys is designed for group lockout situations, safety lockout boxes provide a secure storage solution for lockout keys, fuses, etc.
• After locking off the equipment, the authorized person places all lockout keys/fuses inside the lockout box and locks it.
• Each worker applies their lock (inbuilt with the cabinet) and retains their key, ensuring no access to the keys/fuses until the work is completed.
• ES-SLB-5K safety lockout box is supplied with 5 keys.
• The lockout box is marked for individual locks (A, B, C, D, E… or 1, 2, 3, 4, 5… , etc.) and can be customized as per customer’s requirement.
• The keys have corresponding numbering/marking as the boxes for easy identification.
• Individual identification key chains can be provided for the keys.
