Product Description

  • A versatile, rugged, and easy-to-use lockout device designed to secure a wide range of mechanical devices.
  • Open-Ended Clamp: The lockout device features an open-ended clamp that can fit over closed rings, wide handles, large levers, T-handles, and other hard-to-secure mechanical devices.
  • Injection Moulded Construction: Made from a special PVC grade with embedded stainless-steel components, our lockout ensures durability and longevity. The materials used provide excellent chemical and corrosion resistance.
  • Modular Construction: The Universal Lockout is designed with a modular construction, allowing users to add various accessories to customize the device for a wide range of valves. This flexibility ensures compatibility with different valve types and sizes.
  • Multi-Functionality: Use with two blocking arms to lock out 3, 4, or 5-way valves, providing a secure barrier against unauthorized operation.
  • Butterfly Valve Lockout: The clamp securely attaches to the butterfly valve lever, preventing the trigger handle from being squeezed and restricting the repositioning of the valve. This ensures the valve remains in a locked position during maintenance or repair.
  • Gate Valve Lockout: With the addition of a cable attachment, our lockout can effectively lock gate valves in the on/off or set position. The vinyl-coated steel cable and arms provide a strong and secure lockout solution for gate valves.
  • Also available in a larger size (ES-UVL-L) to accommodate various bigger size valve rings, wide handles, large levers, T-handles, and other hard-to-secure mechanical devices.
