  • The ES-VT-SS-OV-100-R is a stainless steel valve identification tag specifically designed to communicate ‘locked-closed’ valve status with maximum visual impact during maintenance, shutdown, or LOTO procedures.
  • The tag resists corrosion, chemical splash, and UV degradation as it is constructed from stainless steel and finished with a durable red powder coat. This makes it suitable for indoor and outdoor installations alike.
  • Legibility from across a process bay or from the floor when mounted on elevated piping is ensured as both faces of the tag are silk-screen printed with the legend ‘VALVE – LOCKED CLOSED’ in large, bold white lettering.
  • Secure, tool-free attachment to large valve handwheels, stems, or adjacent piping is enables with a rectangular mounting slot at the top of the tag accepts cable ties, stainless steel wire, or polypropylene cord.
  • It is suitable for strictly regulated workplaces, critical safety maintenance operations, and any installation where high-visibility status communication is required.
