- Toggle-type MCCB padlocking device, supplied as a replaceable component within an MCCB lockout system.
- Compatible with Schneider Electric EasyPact EZC100 and EasyPact CVS 100BS breakers, and maps to several rotary handle configurations used on those frames.
- Engages the slot behind the switch and seats onto the breaker toggle once the breaker is OFF, blocking the toggle from returning to the ON position.
- Adding a safety padlock prevents unauthorised operation and secures the device in place, so it cannot be removed while the breaker is locked out.
- Twin padlock eyes accept up to two safety padlocks, keeping the breaker locked out until every applied lock is removed – suiting single-worker isolation and shift handovers alike.
- Manufactured from stainless steel 304 for corrosion resistance and repeated lockout cycles in demanding environments.
- Tool-free to install and quick to apply, keeping isolation fast on the plant floor.
- Designed to meet OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147 requirements and supports lockout tagout procedures aligned with BS EN ISO 45001 energy-control practice.
