  • ES‑02‑GVL: 25-63.5 mm (1″-2½″)
  • ES‑04‑GVL: 63.5-127 mm (2½″-5″)
  • ES‑06‑GVL: 127-165 mm (5″-6½″)
  • ES‑08‑GVL: 165-254 mm (6½″-10″)
  • ES‑10‑GVL: 254-355 mm (10″-13″)
• One Kit, Full Coverage – Eliminates the need to purchase multiple lockouts separately – convenient and cost-effective.
• Each lockout device includes clearly marked labels and is ready for padlock or hasp application to secure valve operations during maintenance.
• Made from heavy-duty polypropylene (PP) and Polypropylene Copolymer (PPCP), it resists impacts, abrasion, corrosion, and harsh chemicals.
• Operates reliably in environments from –20 °C to 90 °C.
• Once secured, the cover rotates freely around the handwheel to prevent valve activation.
• Knockout centre section allows accommodation of OS&Y or rising stem gate valves.
• Standard colour: Red for high visibility and hazard identification.
