    1. Flange Inspected (Green): Confirms inspection is complete; includes fields for job number, equipment number, description, signature, and date.
    2. Do Not Use, Undergoing Maintenance (Yellow): Indicates the flange or equipment is under active maintenance and must not be operated.
    3. Do Not Use, Inspection (Red): Provides a final visual warning that equipment is unsafe for use until inspection is completed and approved.
  • Torn-off sections provide a permanent, signed audit record for office or compliance filing.
  • 3-stage flange tags – inspection and maintenance tag is manufactured using durable 0.5mm PVC sheets.
  • Also Available in durable PVC (0.3mm, 0.7mm) or Non-Tearable Paper, ensuring long-lasting use (MOQ Applicable).
  • Resistant to tearing, water, oil, chemicals, and dirt, ensuring readability in harsh industrial environments.
