- Flange Integrity Tag (White): Records flange ID, fitter details, and QC supervisor sign-off.
- QC Verification (Orange): Confirms independent QC supervisor verification of flange ID and assembly.
- Flange Assembly (Yellow): Final confirmation of flange assembly completion with fitter’s details.
- Two perforations allow each section to be torn off and retained for records, while the main tag remains attached to the flange.
- Provides a complete audit trail, capturing signatures, dates, and flange identification numbers.
- 3-stage flange tags – flange integrity tag is manufactured using durable 0.5mm PVC sheets.
- Also Available in durable PVC (0.3mm, 0.7mm) or Non-Tearable Paper, ensuring long-lasting use (MOQ Applicable).
- Resistant to tearing, water, oil, chemicals, and dirt, ensuring readability in harsh industrial environments.
- Writable surfaces allow for permanent recording of critical details.
