How to use Molded Plug Lockout Device (Large):

1. Begin by opening the lockout device and position the plug inside.
2. Close and slide the device to its secure position, ensuring the lock holes are synchronised.
3. Apply one or more padlocks through the aligned lock holes.
4. After completing the above steps, test that the locked-out plug cannot be pulled from the lockout device.
5. This lockout device is designed to meet OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147 requirements when installed per the instructions above.
