1. Small Molded Plug Lockout Device (ES-MPLD-S):

    • Fits plugs up to 70mm diameter × 120mm length
    • Cable diameter capacity: up to 28mm
    • Accommodates up to 4 padlocks (max 9mm shackle diameter)
    • Ideal for 15A, 20A, 30A plugs and other small plugs
    • Dimensions: 184mm L × 108mm W × 79mm H

 

2. Large Molded Plug Lockout Device (ES-MPLD-L):

    • Fits plugs up to 115mm diameter × 257mm length
    • Cable diameter capacity: up to 35mm
    • Accommodates up to 4 padlocks (max 9mm shackle diameter)
    • Ideal for 30A, 50A, 60A plugs and other large plugs
    • Dimensions: 317mm L × 160mm W × 127mm H

How to use Molded Plug Lockout Device Small:

  1. Begin by opening the lockout device and position the plug inside.
  2. Close and slide the device to its secure position, ensuring the lock holes are synchronised.
  3. Apply one or more padlocks through the aligned lock holes. 
  4. After completing the above steps, test that the locked-out plug cannot be pulled from the lockout device.
  5. This lockout device is designed for compliance with OSHA regulations when installed per the instructions above.
