• The ES-EPL-45 Electrical Panel Lockout Device is a specialised lockout tagout solution designed to block dual-prong switch handles, typically seen in rotary or handle-based electrical panels.
• Its reinforced twin-slot metal insert ensures operators cannot accidentally or intentionally engage power while servicing is in progress.
• Ideal for rotary switch handles, twin-lever actuators, and pronged transfer switches.
• Compatible with switch types commonly used in distribution panels, MCCs, and control cabinets.
• Constructed from durable and lightweight insulated engineering plastic/nylon material.
• Features a black powder-coated metallic insert to prevent operation of switches, handles, levers, or insertion of handles in the rack-in/rack-out holes.
• The black powder-coated metallic insert improves wear resistance, rust resistance, and optimizes the appearance by reducing fingerprints.
• Can be securely riveted or screwed onto panel surfaces.
• For temporary setups, can be affixed using industrial-grade double-sided tape.
• Installation requires a clean, grease-free panel surface.
• Requires the use of a padlock and tag for proper lockout tagout procedures.
• If multiple people need to lock and manage the same control point, a lockout hasp lock can be used.
