Product Description

  • The Gate Valve Lockout is a durable and reliable device designed to lock gate valves in the closed position.
  • The valve covers are made from strong polyurethane plastics that are virtually indestructible. They are resistant to cracking and abrasion, ensuring long-lasting performance.
  • Once locked, the covers rotate freely around the hand wheel of the valve, preventing the valve wheel from being turned and keeping the valve securely locked.
  • Withstands temperatures from -20°C to 90°C.
  • The lockouts are available in 5 different sizes, with red being the standard colour. Other colours can be requested for larger quantities. Please specify the desired colour when placing an order.
  • Each gate valve lockout device is equipped with padlock holes. Hasps and padlocks can be used to lock these lockouts.
  • The unique knockout center of the lockout device can accommodate OS & Y (Outside Screw and Yoke) or “rising stem” valves, making it versatile for various valve configurations.
