  • 3 Stage tear-off sections:
    1. Wheel Changed & Initial Torque Applied (Orange): Confirms flange face condition, correct stud/nut sizes, and initial torque values; includes inspector fields.
    2. Re-Torque Completed (Blue): Indicates completion of re-torque at specified hours, signed off by maintenance supervisor.
    3. Wheel Final Torque Applied (White): Documents final torque application and completion, ensuring safe return to service.
  • Torn-off sections provide a permanent, signed audit record for office or compliance filing.
  • 3-stage tags are manufactured using durable 0.5mm PVC sheets.
  • Also Available in durable PVC (0.3mm, 0.7mm) or Non-Tearable Paper, ensuring long-lasting use (MOQ Applicable).
  • Resistant to tearing, water, oil, chemicals, and dirt, ensuring readability in harsh industrial environments.
