  • Provides a 3-stage checklist to ensure correct installation and verification:
    1. Main Tag: “INSULATING FLANGE – DO NOT REMOVE” warning, stays attached to the joint.
    2. Stage 2 Section: Records flange location, kit number, and test date, retained by QA/QC for compliance records.
    3. Stage 3 Section: Confirms installation and inspection date, retained for long-term traceability.
  • Bright yellow background with bold black text ensures visibility and prevents misinterpretation, even in low-light or outdoor conditions.
  • Writable fields for location, kit number, test results, inspector/installer details, and dates, providing accountability.
  • 3-stage flange tags – insulating flange is manufactured using durable 0.5mm PVC sheets.
  • Also Available in durable PVC (0.3mm, 0.7mm) or Non-Tearable Paper, ensuring long-lasting use (MOQ Applicable).
  • Resistant to tearing, chemicals, oil, water, and dirt, suitable for harsh outdoor conditions.
  • Pre-punched 8mm hole allows attachment using cable ties or fasteners.
