So, for the safety of oneself, nearby workers and the equipment, every employee must always follow the lockout tagout procedures laid by the management. It is the employer’s responsibility to get the LOTO system in place and also to change the mind frame of the employees so that they understand that Lockout Tagout is for their own safety and wellbeing.
